Still little visible migration

Another warm day and not much sign of passerine migrants.  I sat in the garden a while listening as well as watching.  The resident Sardinian Warblers were quite noisy and I did hear a Blackcap chacking and a Nightingale uttering its plaintive call.

Nothing else noticed until lunch time when 3 Honey Buzzards floated over.  Driving out in the afternoon we did note a small group of passerines flying along a belt of trees. Most disappeared quickly but we did note a Pied Flycatcher the first this autumn.

We will keep looking.
